Early access stories from athletes like you

How runners and endurance triathletes are using Glans to train with more clarity and confidence.

Each finished activity gets two scores, one that compares you to your own history and baseline and the other compares you to peers with same age group. That alone got me hooked

A promising platform: I hadn’t really thought about a “how others trained” feature before a race, but seeing those last 6–8 weeks training and tapering of others with same targeted time goal is really valuable for us who loves racing

Loving the free AI insights so far 😊 Really hope they stay free after beta! The athlete matching feature is 🔥, getting relevant suggestions based on age-group, sport type, performance level, etc, make it super useful. Great stuff 🙌

Early accessSofia | Marathon

Great features, I get suggestions tailored to people like me who run 3–4 times per week, seeing how others with similar consistency and goals train and suffer :) keep me motivated

Early accessAhmed | Recreational Running

I usually spend more than 80% of my training in zone 2, considering I am 46 years old, and I can see that the 80/20 training pattern is well reflected. You can even get higher scores for your zone 2 activity compared to zones 4–5, depending on how efficient you are. That’s great if, like me, you want to track your progress over time and verify that your zone 2 training is effective, especially seeing how much faster you’re getting at the same heart rate 💚 Another thing I really like is the colors and the mobile layout. I hope their upcoming app keeps the same experience 🤞

It is still a bit early. The insights I'm getting from my swimming notaccurate, as I'm being compared to bots. I understand that the bots will be removed after the beta stage, but that's one thing that need to be verified before the relase. Running and cycling metrics and other features seem to be working well and I liked the Race prepreation features, specially as more users join.
